This young herdsire is one we’ve been excited about for a while now! Irish Melody has one of the nicest udders in our herd and her productivity is something I am constantly striving for with our breeding program. Keeping this handsome dude was a no brainer!
Unfortunately we lost Irish Melody in 2021 to skin cancer so her offspring are even more valued in our herd.
Rover has produced some very nice kids for us despite being too related to much of our herd to get paired with many does! His daughters have nice udders with good texture and very easy to milk teats!
Rover is maternal siblings to our lovely GCH Walsh Kids Black Velvet Band 1*M VEEE 90. Easily the nicest doe in our herd! Velvet has consistently produced beautiful daughters and has become a cornerstone of our breeding program here.
